Earning CLE Credit

Step
1: Send an email to trout@BrettTrout.com listing
the following:
- Your
full name
- Your
email address
- Your
billing address
- The
name of the online CLE you wish
to take
- The
date you took, or intend to
take, the CLE online
Step
2: Upon receipt of an acknowledgement
email, go to the Home Page and
left click on the Continuing Legal Education
course you have selected.
Step
3: Left click on the word "audio" hypertext
(blue underline) on the selected page to open
the audio presentation window. On the audio
presentation window, click on the black triangle
to begin the audio portion of the presentation.
If you do not hear any sound, check your system
volume on your computer control panel to be
sure the system volume is not muted and is set
to an audible level.
Step
4: Once the audio portion of
the presentation has begun, click on either
the HTML or PowerPoint hypertext links under
the presentation heading on the page to begin
the PowerPoint presentation. Once the PowerPoint
presentation has appeared, click either the "Next" button
(HTML), or scroll down bar (PowerPoint) to advance
the PowerPoint slides along with the audio portion
of the presentation.
Step
5: Either before or after viewing
the presentation, the written materials associated
with the articles may be downloaded in either
HTML, pdf, or Microsoft Word format by clicking
on the associated hyperlink under the "article" paragraph
on the presentation page.
Step
6: Once you have completed the
presentation, you will be invoiced for the presentation
materials, and your information submitted to
the Committee for Continuing Legal Education
for credit for the materials identified in your
registration email.
