Are Lawlacart.com presentations approved for Continuing Legal Education credits by the Iowa State Bar Association Commission on Continuing Legal Education?
Yes, all Lawlacart programs have been preapproved by the ISBA Commission on Continuing Legal Education for credit prior to posting on the website.

Do I have to pay to view the programs?
No. Feel free to browse and audit any or all of the programs provided on the website. However, as a prerequisite for obtaining any CLE online there must be a feedback element which cannot be accessed without registration and payment.

How to I obtain continuing education credit for one or more Lawlacart presentations?
Prior to viewing any Lawlacart presentation for CLE credit, forward your name, email address, billing information and dateyou intend to review the material to trout@BrettTrout.com. You will be invoiced for the presentations you have selected. We will note the date you identified as having taken the CLE credit and will forward the information to the Committee on Continuing Legal Education.

What if I have questions regarding any of the presentation materials?
If you have registered for any Lawlacart CLE presentations and have any questions regarding any of the materials, just send an email message to trout@BrettTrout.com regarding any questions you may have. All Lawlacart CLE questions will be answered within 48 hours.

What is the maximum number of Iowa Continuing Legal Education credits I can take online?
Six (6).

Do I need any special software to view the presentation?
Yes. Macromedia Flash is required to listen to the audio portion of the presentation. Macromedia Flash is available for download free of charge at www.macromedia.com/downloads/
